Whipple was awesome at first. Something happened with him and Shannon, and all the cool parts of the "Whiplash" went away and we became boring and predicatble. Then, when the writing was on the wall that he was leaving, he stopped playing to Jacory's strengths, which he had in the beginning, and just started going bombs away...almost to prove a point, or so it seemed.

I wouldn't be surprised if he had wanted to stick with Morris and then been told he couldn't, and so he gameplanned for Morris anyway and threw Jacory to the wolves.

Seemed like a Mike Martz-type...brilliant, but not great with people.
