What does this mean for Mikeska?

Seems Gaby knew since Sunday night. Was asked by Carver NOT to put in a crystal ball... He thought he dropped hints today...

[Ziggy]

What does this mean for Mikeska?

They want both. I think the staff put some pressure on the TEs to make a decision which is why we are seeing movement now. Love it.

I like this kid

If football doesn't work out he has a future in promotional marketing. Kid gets the people going (Will Ferrell voice)

[Cover 3]

Kid is a freak athlete

[Ziggy]

The Jospeh one stands out cause he wasn't on an OV (at UM for a football tourney) like the rest of the guys who are commenting. That means Jospeh must have been around Carver and the guys outside of the tourney but it was kept low-key again. This is a good sign.

What does this mean for Mikeska?

Nothing. We’re taking 2 which means we’re also expecting one transfer since I think we have 5 on roster.

“We will monitor Carver this season as he has four-star tools, and a continued progression from last year should make that an easy move.”

From the main midwest 247 reporter.

Never mind stars he was visiting LSU Iowa and Alabama. I’ll take that! Kid has the frame to play at 250 or more.

LOL

Gaby won lol

Welcome to the U Jackson!

So he's 6'6" and had a full scholarship for lacrosse? That's crazy, he must have amazing hand eye coordination. I don't really follow lacrosse but how often are players that tall? Or even close to that tall?

[Bender]

That kid has that stiff running style like Gronk, but man, his strides are long and he covers ground quickly. Good lord.

I'd put him at TE. Thats one big athletic dude. He can easily play at 250 with that frame, thats not even an issue.

What does this mean for Mikeska?

Don't think it scares him or Riley Williams one bit. No reason to not take a 2nd TE, especially with this kid being very much a project.

I think depending on Williams OV is if we take Reid or not. Reid is probably going to pull the trigger soon since he isn’t taking visits anymore.
