Something tells me JC isn't as short-term thinking of why he's not playing as much during first 5 games of his true freshman year. He is likely more long term thinking to be best prepared for a 1st rnd pick

The kid’s a stud Tackle prospect and more specifically, he’s way more comfortable on the left side. But, Samson is our best lineman and we’re not going to **** with that. So yes, he’s not comfortable at RT and he’s not a guard. So, he has to stay the course and he’ll get his flowers

I honestly cannot believe how many clowns on this site want to see us starting 2 true freshmen on our offensive line. This is a position that is dominant when it's carried by veterans. I would prefer zero in the starting lineup, but Congdon is telling me to stay quiet with his play so far.
Let's allow Mirabal to do his thing and be happy we have Samson and McCoy to bookend the line and know most other teams around the country would love to have them. Cantwell will get his turn soon enough, just want to see him be ready when he does.

Many actually didn’t, but wanted portal adds, and posters are commenting game by game about OL failures and successes relative to the hype of those 2 freshmen OL all offseason.

The concerns around Samson were also warranted as the much hyped Pancake Honcho did not deliver the projected early results.

Hope it’s not true but people in Missouri are saying he is transferring to Mizzou next year. Supposedly he has not been making the best choices in Miami. That may be what Cristobal was referring to about him maturing.

And here start the vague rumors lmao but it doesn’t make any sense why you aren’t getting him in at least for a couple snaps a game if he is not injured
 
This is like my Christmas. I love starting to get rid of freshman their first year. 17, behind an proven upperclassman, maybe hurt, adjusting to the speed....I dont care. Lets make room for new shiny toys so we can brag about recruiting rankings!
