If only HS recruits cared about that like we do. They want to make it to the NFL in the high rounds.. Period. And they want to play for coaches that can get them there. That’s why OSU gets all the elite WR recruits and why UGA gets all the elite DL recruits. Proven track record that you will make it to the NFL in the high rounds. All that other stuff is for me and you and the rest of the Cane fans.

Not sure why we can’t just leave it at “Mario and Mirabal are good” and leave the unimpeachable nonsense at the door

We’ve also spent a lot of resources

Look at the 2023 class. We spent (likely) the most NIL on two OL and only one has panned out. We got Lee and Cohen in the portal which were obviously big financial investments

Now look at the rest of the 2023 class

Unless I’m missing a fluke we only have ONE player from the 2023 class that has scored a touchdown here and that’s Fletcher (CJJ had one against Bethune but he’s gone)

Well every 5* OL Mario coached at Bama/Oregon was drafted 1st round except for one who went 34th overall

TrumpyCane thinks that’s pretty proven

Nfl scouts have their own set of criteria & we seem to always have at least one or two solid performers go undrafted so my best guess is Brockermeyer will be that guy.
