From my understanding, at some schools, NIL payments start from the commitment date onwards..

Most kids are committed before the start of their senior season these days. Nobody waits for the army all america game anymore lol

Miami made a big impression on Garror.

He absolutely wants to go to Bama. Bama was not anywhere near A&M's or Miami's NIL offer. That's why he decommitted. It's why they are the frontrunners. I am having a hard time believing what I am hearing on Bama and Auburn's NIL strategy. Their is talk that most schools will or have gone to this strategy of only paying players that play, not paying players to stand or sit on the sidelines. I assume they mean they will only pay big money to guys actually playing. They are letting to many in state top players leave now. Chicken was the #1 in state player as a SO. How do you not go big here?

I believe Kirby Smart has a similar-ish NIL strategy at UGA. I didn’t hear auburn was doing that tho. I felt like that strategy only works for a select few schools like UGA, Alabama, & IU.

247 shows 5 OVs; UGA this weekend, auburn the last weekend of may, Texas A&M after that, then Texas and ending FSU June 19th.

Didn’t hear him mention Auburn so we’ll see if he replaces them for us or finds another weekend to OV
 
How many classes are there in Bama? 2X 5A lineman of year before senior year? impressive

Maybe not Forstall, Bryant, Evans…But I'd say right behind them and one of top 10-12 edges in country.

I lean towards Evans, Wittenberg, and Dawson being commitable but no idea. Maybe Ards as well, but that seems to be mild interest both ways from the jump.

Not sure but he’s been very productive. Im assuming Finley is in the bag with the way JT has approached DE recruiting because then it leaves us optionality for what I’m guessing will be a 3 EDGE rushers class.

I can't get there imo

Wouldn't be the first lunderrated ocal to commit without a lot of publicity. But I think we'd hear just a little more about him.

I mean even if we say Jacobs isn't coming

Who you leaving out there? I personally think they need to see a SR. year Finley, but you may be right.
