Ivey starting again

Curtis should be at WR
Ivey should just idk
Blades and Porter should be returners on special teams to fair catch

Ivey is no bueno. But c’mon…Stephenson was beat often (fortunate a few targets were dropped). He looks slow as a cover corner. Yes, he is better than Ivey but that’s not saying much. Curtis? Burnt toast on back-to-back plays. Porter? Meh so far. Dunson? Probably deserves more reps.

Bottom line: Corners might be the weakest link on the team which is incredibly shocking based on practice and scrimmage reports.
Exactly why I base my opinion off game performance...practice reports can be bias.....

I’m getting chest pains thinking of our corners against yulkeith, stewart, and ainias smith next week

Ivey actually played very better this game. This is an unpopular CIS opinion, but I think players can improve under good coaching and after the coaching staff reviews the film, they will see that Ivey will grade out pretty ok at CB today. Ivey tackled well and didn’t give up any big plays like Malik Curtis did. Playing more man is difficult and you are going to give up a few plays, but I trust the coaching staff on this one. If Ivey doesn’t deserve to start, they will bench him. Ivey, Couch and Stevenson all played well today.
