I think Butch is the best option available just not sure its realistic. I'm sure he would come back but not sure if UM would even entertain the idea. The guy from Fresno (DeRuyter?) is a interesting candidate. Fixes D's everywhere he goes and just had a good season with Fresno.

Another name to consider Gruden, but Jay Gruden. Young and energetic. Done very good job with Bengals as OC plus has HC experience. His last name will help in recruiting plus big brother can advise him on filling out the staff.
