I am hearing players are 'flying around' and are 'physical specimens' yet again this year..
Harley at 183 and his skills set can be really be lethal
If truly plays the slot. Let Rambo and Redding/Pope play the outside.
Most likely leanbulking (slight caloric surplus, like 200 calories), which is actually the best way for anyone to build mainly muscle without packing on extra lbs of fat. I'm sure linemen probably don't follow that and I'm talking out of my *** and have no clue how Feeley operates or how nutrition is currently handled for the team, but yeah.Anyone with knowledge on the S&C program, is the philosophy more of a strict bulk during spring and a cut to follow? Or is it usually a goal of body recomposition while some still gain weight during the process

Harley definitely got bigger
You’re gonna be disappointed hahaAnd up 10% in body fat..... So hopefully this weight is for a plan to move to LB.
I wasn't around on this site during the Golden years. Please tell me Muscle Milk IV's isn't what I think it is.Ever since golden and the muscle milk iv’s
I’m traumatized when I hear “weight gains” lol
Interesting follow on Instagram for sureHe has all the intelligence to make a great coach in my opinion. Hella smart. But SUCKS as a player.
Still can’t believe you didn’t qualify at MiamiAgree completely. The team is never held accountable by the media, it becomes our job. And then when Pope and Wiggins get mad on social media, there is a pity party about how good their character is. Maybe if they all face tougher questioning on a regular basis, they wouldn’t be in their feelings when we as a fan base get on them. Our media is just a decorated cheering section with a press badge.
Could you imagine y’all mofos asking questionsSome of you want "tough questions?" We don't even have a dedicated Hurricane beat reporter in town. That's why most of us are on this board. Because local coverage of the Canes has been bad for many, many years.
Amari: Want my advice? Aim highAmari say Avantae was "all over the place today" during practice. Amari says his advice to him was to keep playing fast and keep running to the ball and everything will fall into place. "Avantae will be one of those players that will be wherever the ball is."
