$6-8M is probably Oregon or Bama. That's high

Our full roster should be sitting around $18-20M ($4-5M per recruiting class if you want to look at it that way)
****, Thats VERY high if it truly is "just" for this one year of spending.

I think there is zero way to get to $6M-$8M without having a 5star QB involved. Plus you'd likely need MINIMUM three 5stars in the class total. You'd probably also need like at least 10 top 150 type players...

The teams with a 5star QB: LSU, tOSU, Bama, USC, ND.
The teams already with three 5 star Players: Bama, tOSU, LSU, UGA, Oregon

Based on just those two points, I'd say it's most likely to be Ohio St.

I still truly believe 4-5 years from now these numbers wont be as high.

There is no return on this....there will always be spenders and recruits who command a crazy sum.

Same for all these other sports. Yes Livy Dunne or the Cavinders will get money because they have huge followings. But most non football/bball athletes will be getting sums closer to monthly spending money, maybe a car lease.

Bama?
Oregon not a surprise but I would have thought Ohio st / Texas sitting a close second. Figured Alabama in the 5-10 range, didnt think their NIL was built like that.

Guess that explains the zero letdown in recruiting post Saban

Phil Knight has essentially said before I die I want a national championship and I'll spend whatever it takes people talk about the Texas nil Oregon is unlimited they'll just buy whatever they have to that's really how it's done USC's is 13 million I have that on 13 million uh depending on the Ascension of the program it could get to 15 but USC's fine they're not they're not Texas they're not A&M they're not Ohio state they're not maybe not Georgia they're not Oregon

That’s why I was assuming Bama. Their NIL wasn’t built like that a year ago
