Man, this Butch Davis guy sounds like a real stud....where is he currently coaching at?
I'm a huge Butch supporter, but some people are getting a little ridiculous. I don't like what I've seen and believe Richt's play calling needs to improve and Kayaa needs to step it up a bit, but people need to understand we have a **** OL, and a bunch of young guys playing in key positions all over the field. People also need to understand we are 6 games into season 1 after 5 years of the worst coach any of us can remember at this school.

We've had THREE terrible coaches in a row... Coker, Shannon, Golden. People have heard the old "coach needs to get his players in to fit his system" and "give it until year 3" so many times I think we're all cynical and burned out by it.
I predicted 7 wins at the beginning of the year and Brock called me a troll. Nope, just burned out with Canes football.
I guess no one claims the Butch banners. Dude was being KILLED on Grassy in his fifth year. Now he's the god of Miami football. People don't learn from history.
If Butch was so great, why didn't he win in 1995, since Richt is supposed to win today after taking over a horsesht roster?
The one thing we can guarantee about Butch.
THE GODDAMNED ROOSTER WOULD BE ******* STACKED!
And players would be getting better as the season progressed.
The same Herman that struggled against Tulsa today right?Butch's offense at UNC was almost as bad as this.
We needed to throw 7 or 8 mil at Herman and make him say no.
If you give Tom Herman the talent from South Florida, we're contending for a Natty every single year.

With an account you started this year?

cool story...if in fact the south Fla recruits still wanted to come to the U.

Herman can't beat Navy

They would when we won the Coastal in year one, instead of watching the most boring tepid offense in Miami history.
Richt's offense is frankly offensive! Even sorry *** Coley's offense looked more explosive than the total crap fest that we have been treated to the last 2 weeks. Kaaya sucks, the OL sucks, we get it. But "great" coaches use their player's strengths to succeed, not the other way around.
This is reminding me of crappy when we had Brock Berlin. Kid was a savage out of the shotgun, would kill other teams. So of course, Clappy would force him to be under center the majority of the time. Just mind boggling.
A lot of the play calling today was brutal, as well as the mismanagement of the clock and timeouts. This might be the most conservative play caller that we've ever had at the U.
