it was easier to get rid of jethro, hope williams is next

LULZ at the clown show on here. Jethro is a total incompetent to the CIS dopes, who are always looking for excuses for Folden. Yet Del Rio, who is an accomplished NFL defensive coach, thinks he's a good coach.

he can't recruit. he was here 4 years but didnt have many studs until the class last year which was freshman. we dont know either wya. however, the guy is a journeyman, prior to golden, he had a new job every other year.
 
Ken Norton Jr. got him hired with the Raiders. No more, no less. Old friend helping out.

Same reason Jedd got the job with the Jaguars, his buddy Gus Bradley made a reach hire on a friend. Didn't work.

You can bring in the greatest position coaches to miami and they will all look incompetent under golden. This is not a jethro problem this is an Al golden bend don't break/frog stance problem.

its the raiders and del rio. u dont listen to romberg much on the radio do you? romberg said del rio had a block of wood and an axe in the locker room while he was in jax and he'd encourage players to take a swing into the wood every time. obviously, someone missed and sliced their foot open bc jack del rio is a moron.

This. What you see on Saturdays is by design. Assistants teach the system the head coach wants. Holding a lineman and playing patty cake, occupying a gap is what they're supposed to do. They're being well coached at it.

Yeah. He's the dumbest guy in the world who wants to sacrifice his paper and career by hiring an incompetent DL coach because one of his players hit his foot with an axe. Belichick must be a murderer because Hernandez killed a bunch of guys.
