That backup line is a wreck.
Seymour is going to get someone hurt. Playing him is dangerous. I was surprised at just how bad he is.
McLaughin got blown up by Wayne. He was literally knocked off his feet and still held Wayne while in the air.
Sagapolu is awful.
Almost all the backup linemen are unplayable.

We HAVE TO get another CB AND safety.

The WRs kept running into each other in their routes.

Everything you wrote I agree with. Yet somehow I find myself concluding after the Spring game that this team is better than what I expected lol. It was sooooo badddd last season. We legit got a beat down by a G5 team, that performance wasn’t bad luck. This year I see talent just not enough if it.

I’ve posted it elsewhere several days ago that I want to see 10 more quality portalers to feel like we can win 8 or 9 games without relying too much on luck. I still feel that’s the case. But the good news is the young guys are super talented so the future is bright.

DPJ was unplayable last season, and he has improved a fair bit. Did not play poorly at all.

Why do we keep bringing in transfers that are scrubs? Robert’s, Gore and now Cristobals nephew. Last year it was Caleb Johnson & the two Oregon OL. We gotta do better.

DT, CB, anyone who can play on the 2nd team OL and possibly a QB who’s not looking to start right away.

There’s more areas that need help but Mario brought in way too many’s JAGs last year. If the guy isn’t a significant improvement over what we have, don’t bother.

They made some nice plays. I thought Darryl Porter looked the part. But considering you play so much nickel these days, plus you have to rotate reserves and deal with injuries, we need at least one more CB. Outside our top two guys, we don’t have much there.
