I can show you multiple screen shots where my info is used on other cane sites , some asking , some not. Using my posts word for word. But I don’t stress it , it’s not that serious.

What’s funny is people get hot takes or confident after I post something, but if I’m wrong nobody will remember their take or all this “common Twitter knowledge“. It’ll be “ Cribby was wrong and is a fake insider“.

Lastly I’ll say this all the pay sites and newspaper guys have been dropping supposed bombs , but there’s one problem….it was on cis in Sep lol. Which is fine , I appreciate it. I know I’m in a small pond, but this isn’t how I make my income.

I think the reason why a lot of fans have become more and more disgusted by our admin decisions is because down the road it eventually comes out the people that were interested in the job that we turned down

Or one of the reasons anyway

Oh that's right, I forgot Oregon is a tier 1 program with zero titles. It's funny, they went from Rich Brooks with zero titles in two decades, to Mike Bellotti with zero titles in one decade, and then it was such a premier and desirable job that they landed a big name HC to replace Bellotti. My bad, they hired their own OC. Chip Kelly turned out to be a gem, but he bolted for the NFL at the first opportunity. So much for U of O being a destination job. All that Nike money didnt seem to help them keep Kelly. Then they hired their own OC AGAIN, who flopped. Btw, Helfrich was the third consecutive internal hire for Oregon HC. Ah, but then they got serious and made a big time hire from a major P5. Oh sorry, wrong again, they got Willie Taggart from USF. And when Taggart left after one year (yeah, all that Nike money has really convinced their coaches to stay), they hired internally yet again! Now correct me if I'm wrong but it sure looks like they can't attract any outside coaches, and they ones they do attract can't wait to get the f#ck out of there at the first opportunity.

Who? Mullet? Dodged a bullet.

I don't know if we turned anyone down when we hired Manny, simply because Beta Blake hired Manny in about 6 hours. Not enough time to turn anyone down.

In all fairness, Helfrich took Oregon to the national championship game AND flopped 2 years later. He really only had one horrible year, and while that might be enough to can a guy these days, he still took them as far as anyone ever did.

No I’m talking more way back when it started to become noticeable there was a bigger issue going on

But again that’s second hand info to me so it’s hard to know what exactly has gone on

Sounds like he wants to finish this run into the playoffs which who wouldn't? But a possible loss between now and then or once season is over? "Yet" is the operative word.

You did mention that after UVA/UNC the wheels were in motion.... Does this mean backchannel contacts? Do you see them getting their guy or at this point too much of an unknown?
