Issue in potential changes

We are all calling for a change and bringing in a true OC. Something that hasn't been talked about is that Thomas Brown and Ron Dugans currently share that title and are likely paid more because of it in attempt to keep them happy and in Coral Gables. Richt has built a loophole to increase their salaries with the title while still calling the plays himself. If an OC is actually brought in from the outside someone on the offensive staff has to go to make room for it. The easy thing we are dreaming for is Jon Richt leaves at QBC and the potential new OC is also the new QBC. My point is, it's not as easy as we'd like it to be and removing the OC title from either Dugans or Brown would likely mean they are departing as well. Frankly after watching today we need to fire the entire offensive staff and let an OC from the outside come in and hire his people. One can dream, right?

Been saying it. If we bring anyone in that means someone has to go.

Time for Mork Rich, instead of all of our WR's to let the balls drop.

You write as if this is some sort of problem. I must disagree. A thorough housecleaning, along the lines of what Butch did after ‘97 and Kelly did at ND last year, is absolutely in order.

The whole offensive staff can leave if their upset.

Last year, I'd have said except Duggans. However, the Wr's were the worst (second if you include ST) group on this team.

Only the last 2 games. Outside of that they were decent. Also isn't fair considering we lost our top 2 during the year. OL has hands down been the worse group.

IDGAF, they can go somewhere else and do the same **** they've been doing here. If done properly we will get a huge upgrade...
It's wishful thinking, though. They will NEVER see the same money they saw at MIAMI...Lucky ****ers.

No, our WR's had 13 drops during the 1-4 stretch. I don't remember if it was GT or Duke but decent WR play wins those games.

I'd happily replace every coach on the offensive side of the ball.

Shît is easy. If richt dont want to fire his son then keep him on staff in a off field role. Brown and dugans you can stay and learn from a real oc or you can get the fúck on.

Richt has no choice but to reassign lil' Richt. Dugans can coach wrs, Brown coaches rbs, and he can hire a new oc/qb coach. Richt can keep lil' Richt on staff as a quality control guy or something like Alabama does with their multitude of assistants that can coach but don't count towards coaching numbers.
