True. But I dont think LSU is playoff caliber this year. But if they snuck in I wouldn't mind giving them an *** kicking.Dont forget Wane Wiffin.

Canes over anyone in the playoffs this year. Would love to give Indiana some get back and for Mario to beat Oregon. But beating the loud mouth teams of Kirby & Sark are on the list too.
Sooo many beatings to hand out, only soo many games in playoffs..Dont forget Wane Wiffin.
He said “playoffs”Dont forget Wane Wiffin.
They are getting ALOT of preseason hype, and they are talented but I just cant see it either.. Whats more surprising is many seem higher on them than Ole Miss and to me Ole Miss is the safer bet based on Chambliss coming back and they hit the portal hard for their defense..True. Ole Miss, Georgia, Texas, TAMU are all way ahead of LSU to me. The four I named are the SEC 1st tier while LSU, Bama, Oklahoma are the 2nd tier. LSU needs to overachieve and hope for lots of in conference chaos in the SEC to have any chance at playoffs. They are getting ALOT of preseason hype, and they are talented but I just cant see it either.. Tamu to me last season was smoke and mirrors, I think they come back to earth even tho Elko is legit on defensive side of ball.. Last year they lucked up schedule wise and played all bottom half of SEC, by end of season you could see the cracks form as tape was out on QB, they barely pulled it out against a TERRIBLE USCe team and Texas clipped them, this year schedule is tougher and replacing both coord. (Elko defense will still be salty) and have to replace oline (they had nothing waiting and had to portal a ton also why they hit recruiting $o hard), I dont see them as that good to be in that high unless sec is just weak everywhere.Ole Miss, Georgia, Texas, TAMU are all way ahead of LSU to me. I think Oklahoma can surprise, their defense is LEGIT salty and Mateer before injury was playing at heisman level, they hit portal for more weapons while returning the dangerous WR. They were in playoffs and I can see them trending up if Mateer is pre injury or post injury was his true self.. So I would have it Texas/okla/ole miss.
Yeah you might be right about TAMU. They did beat ND though. And Reed is also a bit of a wild card at QB, but they are definitely a talented top to bottom team. I can see OU making a big step this year. Venables another coach who I know Mario would love to embarass on a big stage.Tamu to me last season was smoke and mirrors, I think they come back to earth even tho Elko is legit on defensive side of ball..
