Is there a new chain in the works?

The belt is given to the defense after a turnover. The chain isn't original, it's just the best version of a turnover prop.
 
If Tate can’t play this year, I say we glitter him up and hang him from a Cuban link. Kids on offense will be clamoring to rock the Touchdown Tate.

There will be something the offense will do after a touchdown. I doubt it’ll be a chain but Manny will implement something new that FSU will try to copy and fail miserably.
 
I don't understand, where does all this come from? How do you get funding for something like this?
