Not bad other than the ******* FSU loss.
If we do not land any of our top 3 coaches, we will bring Manny back another year and shoot our load in 2022. Fvck me.
I thought Manny was 100% gone, but we cannot settle for our 4th choice at head coach and waste that money.
I think it makes it a necessity with Rhett leaving, who will come here knowing Manny will be on hot seat next year.
I just pray the BOT make good, solid decisions and we are mostly satisfied with what they choose to do. Pray with me, please.
Thoughts on the realistic option of Manny coming back if we can't land one of our top three choices?

Do you settle for our 4th choice at HC or do you keep Manny 1 more year and roll the dice next year?
Players seem to love Manny!

Peace out!

If our 4th choice is Herman or Stoops, or Napier, then they are all much better than Manny.

UVA. UNC. FSU all games we should've won easily... Manny's choice to head up the Defense while being a head coach, forced us to take a step backwards this season, when there is literally no other reas that we should have been undefeated in ACC play...and honestly be ACC champions.

He screwed himself, and now his OC is hitting the road.

Players are supposed to love their coach.

Did I miss the part where Mario, Lane, and anyone else we were targeting said no to the job? How did this all of the sudden turn into nobody wants this job, so Manny is coming back?

Don’t get me wrong I understand they are trying to lay the groundwork to bring him back, but do they honestly think it’s gonna work after saying “money isn’t an issue?” You can’t claim you have the money to get Mario and now back off of that and after Lane publicly saying he’d take the job. It’s just not gonna work. Somebody will burn down the Hecht if it plays out this way.

Or you know you have Lane Kiffin waiting in bum**** nowhere coming of a 10-2 season in the SEC, and coaching a heisman contender.

Ok I am going to say this one f^cking time for the stupid f^cks on this board who think Manuelita de Pinga deserves another year

Forget the fact that we're losing Lashlee, Likens and Justice, who kept our team afloat and were the SOLE reason we are not currently sitting at 4-8 or worse.

This is Manure's defense, no one can argue that anymore. There is no scapegoat, it is purely his horribly mismanaged scheme. This season, a season that we were expected to win the ACC Coastal, win at minimum nine games, and had a pre-season Top 15 ranking...was completely derailed by his unit.

Duke is basically an FCS team so the numbers look "slightly" better... but we essentially finished in the bottom third in the country in total defense, one of (if not still the worst) tackling teams in the country, one of the worst red zone defenses, may I go on?

There is no reason to keep him. Without Lashlee, we lose to NC St, Pitt, VT, **** probably App St as well. F^ck Manny and anyone who supports him can go play in traffic.

Honest question:

1- get our 5th or 6th realistic choice and commit $30M and a 5 year deal to them...

or

2- pass and bring back Manny, JUST LIKE THE NEW USC AD DID BTW... show CFB we're truly committing the resources we're talking about over the next year, and bag an alpha a year from now.

Seriously asking.
You need to make a change no matter what. Next year will get extremely toxic if he’s back. Manny has shown absolutely nothing that warrants him another year. Helton at least had 2 ten win seasons to point to.

Committing anything to Manny is a waste of money and time. No respectable DC or OC will work for a lame duck. He tried to get a big name DC already and struck out, hence him taking on the role. You will only end up overpaying for an average coordinator. What else are you gonna do? Renovate the locker rooms?

The only thing you’re showing CFB is Miami is content with the status quo. What alpha are you getting next year if they’re all mostly getting extensions and buyouts raised this year?

GT, FSU, VT and Duke are a combined 17-31 this season and the Noles had won six games dating back to November 2019 before upsetting. Takes a little shine off the 5-1 run you’re hyping.

Virginia and North Carolina both finished 6-6 … but hey, eked our wins over North Carolina State and Pittsburgh.

7-5 in arguably the ACC’s collectively worst year in decade—Diaz is 21-15 since taking over.

Adios, Manure. Kick rocks.
