Is Kirk Cousins Al Golden?

#Redskins Kirk Cousins could get a new deal averaging $17-$19 mil a yr. But in 26 starts, he hasn't beaten a team w/ a winning record. Zero.

QB W-L is not a good barometer to judge how good a QB truly is.

Cousins had a great second half and he'll get a nice contract.
 
The Redskins suck and always will as long as Dan Snyder owns the team. They are as bad as the Dolphins at this point. Poor organization and ownership have trashed both franchises. As for Cousins, he's just a meh QB on a bad team that played in an absolutely Chitty division of the NFL. No one from that group should have been in the playoffs. Hope the Giants get better. They seem to be the only team that can beat Bellicheat and Co.
 
Who is this Al Golden you speak of? That guy that ballooned up to 300lbs and is a volunteer assistant coach at Colts Neck High in New Jersey? That guy that claims he played D-1 ball but people don't really believe him because he substitute teaches gym class now? No, that's not Kirk Cousins. Kirk Cousins is basically a less talented Chad Pennington.

Kirk Cousins sucks and is a fraud. He will never win you **** and 2 plays that indicate that were in the 4th quarter. Play 1: 4th and 9 on the GB 10 yard line. Needing a TD to cut the lead to 2 scores...cousins instead of throwing the ball up into the endzone and scrambles back 10 yards and gets sacked. There is no such thing a bad throw in that spot. A great QB knows he has to put the ball up and give his guys a chance to make a play.

Play 2. 4th and 17..he dumps the ball down to the RB over 10 yards away from the first down market.


Great QBs understand game situations and adjust their mentality to them. They also know when to take chances and go for big plays. Truthfully I was never impressed by his competition %. I thought it was too high and indicative of a player who never goes for the big play and is why the redskins can't score.

Dan Snyder possesses all the qualities of an 80 year old Al Davis in a much younger body. Pretty frightening thought if you're a Redskins' fan.
