In 8-10 years after Richt has won multiple Natty's and has achieved a Saban like level of dominance we must hand the reins to Mario. He will keep the train rolling while Richt does the Lord's work building houses in the Philippines, or whatever good people do to give back. I wouldn't know.

Why would we hire a then high school corch to replace Rick? Let him be in peace at Columbus living off of his Nike buyout.

Diaz will be coach in waiting after Richt wins a couple NC's. He'll live out the dynasty and go out on top. That's his style.

Jesus christ we have some absurd fans.

It seems the number one qualification to be coach here for them is “they are from Miami!”

in 8-10 years Mario will be serving Cuban Mix Sammiches out the window of his food truck that he bought with his Nike buyout.

Dude dropped us like a hot potato to suck on Saban’s crusty *** ****

Dude received a good education, and so far has made good decisions. Going with Nick seems to have paid off in more than one way. Coaching is a real business, but bullshiit keystrokes here are a waste of everyone's time.

Yo! What did Cuban sandwiches do to you that you wish that upon them?

Would it be ok for Cristobal to win in his new job before discussing this? Like see if he can win at something more than a school like FIU which isn’t even important enough to be a directional school.

Asking for a friend.

I think if Richt shows you can get fired from a perennial Power 5 and rebuild Miami into a National Championship team, we will have more options than Mario Cristobol. I mean, if he wants to coach our O-Line, fine. He's never been a coordinator. I don't know what his team identity is.
