Don't want Gorgonzola on my Pizza (even though it's a staple) on Quattro Formaggi....replace it with Fontina

Corn as a topping in pizza is big in the Dominican Republic. Never had it until I went there. It is a decent topping, not my favorite but better than pineapple for me
