Is Chaney practicing?

Lower extremity injuries are weird , I personally don’t see the risk. This could be the first time he’s had an offseason since he’s been here. The first offseason he can 100 % train and get ready for spring.

Do you think he wants to continually keep tearing ligaments and breaking bones?
Absolutely not. I’m a big Chaney fan and feel for the kid, it just is what it is at this point. Unfortunately, I don’t ever expect him to stay healthy long enough to be a consistent contributor. Hope I’m wrong

That's the reason why I would want to play him some snaps so he can have the highest confidence for this offseason

Normally I'd say rest him till next year but we need to know if he's actually going to be a player after all these successive injuries. We can't preach toughness and coddle certain kids. If he's healthy play him.
This is my thought as well: we need to see what juice he can bring to the rb room,

The more I think about Chaney coming back this year the more I’m against it.
We’re not in a good place in any position and to bring back an injured Chaney with players that well for a lack of a better word or phrase “ are not really interested “ in anyones best interest but only to go home and sleep in late.

NO CHANEY NO CITIZEN this year this team will kill them.

Whether he plays sooner or later he will have to risk re injury regardless. If he's truly ready put him out there for 5-7 carries a game, but only if he’s 100%. Being healthy for the spring, summer, etc has meant nothing vs actual game reps.

If he is healthy I think the best thing for him is to play. Go into spring with confidence

Some game snaps and light practice IMO. Last thing he wants to do is aggravate it more. Get in some reps and live action, heal up and go into spring full go.
