is anyone else uncomfortably confident?

Watching the OSU tape a couple things stuck out. It was a draw in the trenches. IU was able to do to Sayin what we were able to. That said OSU ran the ball on them. Multiple unforced errors cost OSU points. Missed kicks and then the botched sneak on 4th and 1. Prior to the 4th and 1 Jackson got tackled on a soft arm tackle from about 15 yards out. Fletcher/Marty runs through that all day.

OSU DL was a draw with Indiana OL. OSU NT won reps off not just power but speed. Moten/Blay/Scott should be able to create havoc up the middle. Bain/Mesi are far better edges than OSU guys.

Honestly I think Pete is right. Barring us playing sloppy I think we win by 2 TDs.

IU’s defense was gassed in the 4th. OSU just choked.

I don’t see how they can go blow for blow with us in the second half. Control the clock like we did last game and don’t turn it over.

This is my fist post in a few years. This is something that i thought I would never see again. I was fully expecting to see a P.I. call on that last play in the Fiesta Bowl. As for confidence for this game, I'm not confident at all. I probably have PTSD from over 20 years of constant disppointment.

Every ex-cane on the sidelines will be reminding our boys that this is our house.
Look at our home field record. Advantage Miami.
this ... forget the crowd, our sidelines are gonna be stacked with hurricane greats and hall of famers cheering these guys on ... the emotion for this game is gonna be elite

All I know for sure is that we need the Miami defense we saw against aTm and Ohio State*.

The defense we saw in the fourth quarter vs Ole Miss with Lucas out, OJ injured and other guys banged up is not gonna cut it.

Roll the defense out there that we saw in the first two playoff games and all will be well.
