Me and former MLB executive Adrian Lorenzo sat down for an extended conversation with Miami pitching coach Laz Gutierrez. Awesome guy who goes in depth on his journey and philosophies. Sub to El Big League Show on YouTube if you are a baseball fan at any level:

I really enjoyed this interview.
Actually, this was more of a chat amongst baseball dudes rather than a robotic cliche laden sports interview which are more common-place at even the major networks.
I'm not sure if Laz is the answer as UM pitching coach, but I really appreciate his candor and his openness discussing scouting, pitching, and, as a fellow Hialeah dude who had alot of Khoury League buddies, I sipped every second of this interview.
I can't help but pull for him more, if that's possible.
BTW, Laz sounds like a Cuban-American Sebastian Manalsco (comedian). :)
Kudos to Adrian and DMoney for the format of this interview and, of course, Laz.
