Brennan Armstrong is already taking first-team reps with the program and is expected to be the starting quarterback the rest of the way. Morris was reportedly taking snaps with the scout team during Tuesday's practice.

Morris' decision comes after playing in four games (all starts), which is the maximum allowed to preserve a player's redshirt season. The news of Morris' decision comes after back-to-back wins for the Wolfpack over Clemson and Miami. State is 6-3 and 3-2 in the ACC.

In his four starts this season, Morris completed 63-of-113 passes (56 percent) for 719 yards with seven touchdowns and five interceptions.

Could he be considered their Jacurri Brown?

Brown was at 60%, 3 touchdowns and 3 interceptions, with 223 yards rushing. Morris only a little over 100 yards rushing.

Or is that lazy?

Yeah James lit him up on the Kam pick.

They had 231 yards of offense and won the game by 14 points. Sickening ****.
I could tell when by the second half he was trying to talk **** to our guys but he couldn’t really move his extremities too well

I’m like oh man that kid is hurting bad

If he has elected to sit out the rest of the year, then I suspect an underlying injury issue, or that he will not be in a Wolfpack uniform next year.

Won by 14 points while only scoring 20...

And we actually ran the ball fine.

Chaney only had 2 carries for 4 yards, but Fletcher averaged 5 per carry against a good defense (23 carries for 115 yards) and Parrish had 3 for 15.

And the QB play was so bad we still only managed 6 points. For ****'s sake.

"MJ Morris has announced that he will transfer to the University of Miami for the 2024 season. There, he will mentor Judd Anderson, who the staff really likes."

What an odd move. So the original plan was always to redshirt him this season but Armstrong was so bad that they decided it was time to move up Morris. But now to just redshirt him again just sends a message to their defense we give up on the season.

Can KC Concepcion transfer maybe?? Take that kid in a heartbeat.

Although, Cristobumb would waste him too...

Does anybody know what was recruiting like towards Concepcion? He grew up as a cane fan

Interesting, so this could be just an injury thing
