Injury Report is getting intense now

I always laugh at all these posters saying “it’s just NC St not Ohio St.”

it’s like they haven’t watched Miami football for the last 20 years. We lose to these teams every year by the bunches. There is a 50/50 chance we lose every game left on our schedule. Maybe 30/70 VT.

didnt Mario say “lets see” on CJ and Moten? If Moten and Blay both limited, im worried about our ability to stop run and pressure CJ up the middle.
 
Why would we want to make the ACC championship? Just for us to be a 7/8 seed at best and lose out on a potential Bye week? Miss me with the “automatic bid”, Us going 10-2 is more than good enough.

I’d MUCH rather make an at-large bid and give us that week off.

The Committee is begging for consistency from us. Finish the season on a 4 game win streak and you got it.

The championship game is just another game added to our schedule and a chance for us to get even more beat up before a playoff run while we would play a team that surely had a week off.

Think the point is that it was bad to have lost to teams like this, repeatedly, over the last 20 years, and if Mario has really turned the program around that he should cease losing to them going forward. Injuries or not.

How many of these injuries are coming out of Tuff Guy Tuesday practices versus games?

I do worry Mario mistakes smart for soft when it comes to load managing a 7 game late season run.

Blue-chip talent is meaningless except as a projection of hopeful/expected performance. This many games in with so many injuries, it doesn't tell you anything. Supposed "less talented" players grow while the "talented" ones often don't; the most essential talents of all are intangible and reside upstairs.
