Let me guess how this thread is going: Miami fans sucking off IU, acting like they are the best team ever assembled. IU is **** good, but when you look at them, the question is whether they have the high end talent. Bama has high end talent, but they lack toughness, it takes a specific kind of staff to get high end talent to play to their full potential. That is what made Saban unique, that and the ability to stack talent on top of talent, thanks to the NCAA not enforcing their own rules.
If we make it back to Miami and IU is on the other sideline, I like our chances. Miami is physical, solidly coached(especially on defense) and there are future NFL players littered throughout the roster. IU has a lot of very good college players, led by **** good coach, who knows how to get the most out of the talent he has. That said, it's tough to overcome superior talent when the coaching gap isn't a chasm.
