Inactivity is depressing.

How does anyone know a search is not in process? And, are we even sure that those in power think there is a need to make a change? If they aren't doing a search for a coaching uplift on the offensive side, than I'm right there with you.
No changes will be made.

After the final week of the regular season, you can see tons of programs making staff changes and trying to improve their teams.

What part of our team’s performance since the end of last year makes this staff believe nothing needs to change?

Why aren’t we courting Kingsbury or the Memphis OC or really anybody that knows how to play the NCAA 2014 Football game (RIP)?

Why aren’t we bringing in someone to impart seasoned wisdom on this young talented quarterbacks?

I don’t get it, man. It’s depressing.

Let this sink in, Richt is making ZERO staff changes unless it's hiring a new D Coordinator if Diaz leaves for a HC gig...As long as you accept that as what's most likely to happen, you will not be overly disappointed.

If Searles loses both recruits there is zero reason for him to stay, Jon Richt needs to be demoted, Hartley needs to get off special teams, and Kingsberry needs to be hired as OC. I won’t take another year of the same 5 plays ran on offense.

I don't expect any significant changes. I hope i am wrong, but there isn't much tangible evidence that would indicate Richt going that route. It simply isn't in his pathology. The old dawg simply can't be taught new tricks. I expect more of the SOS. I truly hope i am wrong, but I highly doubt it.
Pathology is actually a good word.

Prayers up the inactivity is only because we still have a bowl game to play in and changes will happen after that.

You realize the OC for Memphis doesnt call plays....so why the fvck would you want him. I wouldnt mind KK but dont need someone who doesnt call plays....might as well bring in dorsey

Yost is available and relatively inexpensive

But RICHt seems at the very least set more on the Tulsa / Rich Rod type spread options than the air raid / veer & shoot spread offenses

A good mind is a good mind. Remember how many plays Fisch called before getting the UM job? What was it, one bad year at Minnesota? Sometimes people are ready, even though they haven't done it yet. Sometimes people that have done it have lost their edge, or the game has passed them by. Which would you rather have?

If you notice many head coaches are changing right now but not many assistant coaches. Assistant coaches don’t usually get fired until after bowls or signing day

Edit: I was informed that the Memphis OC does not call the plays... so don’t want that guy.

Listen there is only one perfect way to make and eat a sandwich and Mark knows what it is. Therefore he is certain that no change is necessary.

Well if Miami is looking to pay an OC that doesnt call plays at their current employment....just ******* hire someone from this board......its a waste of money. Go hire someone that has proven they can produce.

We are beyond the point of hanging on to inept corches for a couple of recruits...
