5. No stupid penalties like unsportsmanlike, intentional grounding.

To score 24, we have to play our best game on offense, imo.

We hammer sayin and we generate a defensive score which I could see happening! He has turned it over lately and hasn’t played well vs similar opponents Texas / indiana

A defensive score is with 7 points (I assume the extra point). Where are the other 17 (at least) points coming from?

Their fans sure are talking a lot of junk about our 10 point game, completely forgetting they did the same thing their last game, but lost.

They are there w ND for worst in college football
 
We have a grab bag offense that rarely builds on play calls. When two teams both have trenches but the one has elite skill positions with their trenches they get to be a 10 pt favorite.

Personally I think 9.5 is a bit high. 5.5 sounds more fair on a neutral field. Ohio State is good. I mean they’re the defending champs. But we have a better resume. I haven’t watched any of their games other than their opener VS Texas which they pretty much controlled the game. Arch played God awful though.
 
Ironically a lot of the comments downgrading Ohio State provide the same argument basis of why we shouldn’t be as an underdog against them.

You can’t stay the Ohio State defensive team stats and numbers are a fluke and they haven’t played anybody and on the same coin argue that they have the same schedule we do..insinuates the same arguments against us.

They’re a good team and they went undefeated regular season in dominant fashion that we could not do with the same “quality” of opponents.

To me there are massive question marks in our offense vs their defense and to me it starts and ends with which coordinator won the matchup, Dawson or Patricia. Canes glasses off it is a Tough one to call and we will have to play a perfect game.
