from Stewart Mandel-

If you expand to the Top 10, however, I do believe No. 10 Miami’s time there will be short-lived. I’m not sure what the ‘Canes have done to reach such a lofty status other than wear a “U” on their helmets. With all due respect to Mark Richt, his 4-0 team has beaten Florida A&M, FAU, Appalachian State and Georgia Tech. This week, though, it takes on Florida State, which may be 3-2 but has been tested plenty by facing Ole Miss, Louisville, USF and UNC. The ‘Noles should rebound and thump Miami, which has to then turn around and face the red-hot Tar Heels and visit Virginia Tech on a short week.

Look, they may beat us,but thump us??? On our home turf? Uh, no. That won't happen.

Mandel has had a boner for ripping the Canes over the past 5 years. Take everything this idiot says with a grain of salt. I think he predicted FSU to make the playoff too... How's that call looking, Stewart?

Stewie has to be related to Howie, right? I mean the comedic gesture into trying to appear to know the game of football. Stewie knows more about Chinese Algebra than he does football soooo....

At this point I cannot hate on national media clowns for hating on UM. We've had a university president and administration that spent over a decade deconstructing the UM legacy. In their opinion, Humpty Dumpty cannot go back together again this quickly. It is what it is.

As for being top 10, I think we all should admit that beating FAMU, FAU, HillBilly State and Ga Tech is not really a great accomplishment. That said, if we win on Saturday, THEN I expect the national talking heads to start to see that UM has turned the corner and is truly headed in the right direction.

If miami wins this game, his commentary will change to "FSU is down this year, that wasn't a test, they still shouldn't be in the top 10 because that wasn't a quality win"

Louisville wasnt tested either until they whooped fsu ***. Just because there aint been no tough games so far doesnt equal miami cant win them.

This is all quite true. What is also true is that Stewart Mendel can eat a fat ****. I want to hear some first-rate groveling when we beat fsu.

We are #10 b/c we are 4-0 and that record dictates our ranking. We'll either prove we belong or we won't this weekend.

We haven't played any legit top 15 teams and our schedule is definitely weak but I think people are going a bit overboard with it. While app state doesn't have the athletes that we do, they for all intents and purposed defeated Tennessee in an away game. That's impressive. GT is a good team. They throttled Vandy 33-7. Big deal right? Well, Vandy lost by 3 to South Carolina and by 7 to UF. GT couldn't do a lot on offense against Clemson, but their defense performed admirably. The only teams on FSU's schedule that are definitely better than anyone we've played are Ole Miss and Louisville.

Just 2 weeks ago appy state was on the same league as boise state when they had petersen because of tennethree. Funny how that narrative changes with these dykes

I'll take a win and undefeated all day. I do not care about anything else. I hope they do it all the way to the ACCCG, then also after that. Like how did they beat Clemson. I'm good with no respect.

The talking heads are fickle and capricious (of course stable and steady wrt to their anti-Miami bias)...

Miami rolls over FAMU...they are supposed to...and we agree

Miami rolls over FAU...they are supposed to...and we agree

Miami rolls over App St...wait, what!?...the giant slayers that almost (should have beat) Tenn?...fluke...Vegas barely picked them to win...and we knew the game would be tough, but we also knew Miami executes..Miami rolls...

Miami beats/rolls GT...same team that made Clemson fight for every inch week prior...Miami hasnt played anyone (so short their memory of giant slayer App St)...Miami's season starts in Atlanta...can the young defense match the tricky 1920's era triple option of thr ramblin wreck?....wait..what!? Miami's D scored twice?...GT sucks..they had a bad game...we also knew..Miami executes..Miami rolls...

So now the pundits dont believe Miami.can beat FSU. Can you blame them? Until our Canes prove it, head-to-head, on the field, FSU is the team with the last W (ok..x6)...we know Miami can win...we know the pundits long ago stopped being objective...

Go Canes. Unleash ****.
