yeah Jeff Thomas is a 100x faster than Peter Warrick. Warrick was ahead of his time if he played in this era I dont think he has the same LEVEL of success he had in college. But on the flip side I also think he wouldve had a better NFL career if he played in this era though. NFL offenses were out dated back then didnt know how to take advantage of a player like him.

Reminds me a lot of Hester; however, even moreso of De'Anthony Thomas at Oregon who, unlike Hester, was not criminally misused (outside of special teams obviously). Very similar size and skillset.
