If we lose any of the first 4 games should Richt be fired

We could then hire a coach that can start a season 7-0. Nahhhh, I'll stick with Richt.

Not that I want Golden back in a billion years. But even he usually dominated patsies, as the 7-0 start to 2013 and 3-0 start to 2015 show. Well there was 2011 Maryland on the other hand. But Golden's main problem was that he had around a .150 win percentage vs teams that finished with winning records. If I'm not mistaken he never had a win his entire tenure vs a team that finished 9-4 or better. His main issue was not a failure to dominate awful teams.

If even Golden can usually beat these dogs*t teams than what does it say about Richt if he can't?

Here's when I was done with the previous 3 coaches

1. I was done with Coker after he lost 2 games in a row in 2003. With 6 first round players. In retrorespect I should have been done with him after the Fiesta Bowl. He probably should have been fired as head coach after the Fiesta Bowl. Coker should have been allowed to return after 2002 if and only if he fired Kehoe as OL coach. And after 2003 Coker needed to be fired for sure. Even if he agreed to fire Kehoe he shouldn't have been allowed to come back as HC for 2004.

2.I was done with Shannon after the 51-13 loss to OU in 2007. I get that I'm an early bird, but I don't understand how everybody wasn't done with Shannon after he closed out the Orange Bowl stadium with a 48 point loss to a #23 team. And then at season's end he fired a guy who became an NFL DC while letting Patrick Nix remain on staff.

3. I was done with Golden after he opened his tenure with a loss to Maryland. Which would go 1-10 the rest of the way. Their win being over FCS Towson. Really I should have been done with Golden after he brought back Kehoe as OL coach.

And you say I retroactively change my opinions, here's what I'll also say

4. The banners against Butch in 1997 were 100% justified by how he had performed as coach up to that point. Probation or not. Those banners convinced him to fire Bill Miller and turn his tenure around.

So with that being said I want Richt fired if he loses any of his first 4 games. Losing these would be like Golden's loss to Maryland.

Wow. I rarely post anything, but this one makes me wanna smoke something just to see if it reads the same after.

You can't stop Football Helmet... You can only hope to contain him.

What are the odds of a coach who loses to FAU or FAMU having a successful tenure? Answer that question.

Think about how much better it would be if we had fired Shannon and Golden after 1 year, and Coker after 2-3 years.

I dont know the odds, but Satan lost to 6-6 UAB in his first year at LSU... End result? A national championship
At Alabama? A 7-6 season , 4 loss in a row including one to ULM. End result? Yup, not good!
