If we had not gotten richt

Bieliema? I can't support a coach who every time I see him on TV I want to take a sledgehammer to his fat f**king melon.

How does him being fat have anything to do with his ability to build a program? Some pretty stupid posts on here.
You need to realize not one poster agrees that Bieliema would have been right for or even considered as a coach at the "U".. Suck it up and move on...

And not one poster has provided even an elementary argument as to
Why he would not be a good fit.

I use things like:
1. Winning percentages in actual quality conferences
2. Excellent track record recruiting south Florida
3. Runs more of a pro style offense and defense
4. Isn't afraid to speak his mind
5. Relatively young

You and the rest of the idiots on this board have provided nothing but:
1. He's fat
2. He's a blowhard

Suck it up, be a man, and go toe to toe with me. Try to argue substance. Sorry if my points on fishbeins recruiting business, Ahmmon Richards or Mullins at cb, or the clear racist drivel behind berrios on this board, were unarguable to such a bunch of pathetic meat bags.

Give it a shot.

You let them get to you.

the most notable thing that bielema has accomplished in conning this woman into marrying his fat ***.

I was on the Butch bandwagon. I would have settled for Mullen as well. I didn't think we had a chance at Herman even if the admin threw money at him.

Who did you realistically want?

I remember reading about bielema inquiring and got very excited about that possibility.

The guy has always recruited south Florida very well, is relatively young, did a great job at Wisconsin and has had Arkansas on the steady climb since he implemented his style into the program.

Guy would have been an awesome fit here.

Herman for sure. Urban was his mentor, brings Todd orlando with him, runs spread offense, beast recruiter, experience as a HC, already won a conference championship and BCS bowl game.

What's not to like?

Bielema could not win the big game. He had the best team in the country with Russell Wilson at QB and lost 2 games with horrendous clock management and coaching.

There is no " toe to toe". It's a blowout because you lost the debate before it started. Hiring Bielema is essentially hiring Golden all over again. Arrogant coach that cares more about his system than the players; and tries to fit square pegs In round holes.

Why do you think another big ten, slow paced, 3-4 guy will work here when we clearly don't have the recruiting base for his schemes?

Arkansas is struggling to compete.
he has shown NOTHING There. He won't ever out muscle lsu or Bama.

He should have never left Wisconsin.

Interesting choice. I preferred Mullen, but Bielema wouldn't have been a bad choice if he really wanted the job.

And don't sweat the negative comments. I remember when Richt was mentioned as a candidate before he was hired, and a bunch of posters called him a choker and underachiever. Now that he's hired, he's just a few recruiting classes from competing with Saban and Urban as best college coach in the game.

Had we hired Brett, the narrative on his arrogance would be much different, IMO.

And just to add to canezum's post since he's left the cushy cupcake that's the Big Ten, he's 18-20....and that's with a NFL QB(Brandon Allen, the top TE in this year's draft( Hunter Harvey),2 NFL RB's (Alex Collins and Jonathan Williams), and 2 NFL G's(Denver Kirkland and Sebastian Tretola) and that's the offense that's been there since he started. So what does that tell you about bielema??

How is Brett such a blowhard? The guy has been a very good coach for
two schools in power five conferences. With the exception of Herman or moon shot (at the time) of
Chip Kelly there was not a better fit at miami
Than Brett.

I think Mullen would have been ok.
Just not as good of a fit here, IMHO. Apparently now two consecutive athletic directors agree with me.

Your entire subsequent attempts to make a case for Corch Definitely-Not-Bulemica were instantly negated by you referring to his ****** as "Brett" here.

Herman also figured out how to stop Dalvin Cook, only team is Houston who stopped him. Lol beat FSU on first try and golden couldnt in like 5 lmao
