A poster on CT says Carroo is staying in Jersey, won't be coming. Still won't dampen my enthusiasm but I was hoping he'd at least take a look.

I'm confused. I thought we were only allowed 25 per year (with EE's counting on previous year) if some kids leave or are forced out, we can sign more than 25 this year???
