Randy is a cane and was a great defensive coordinator but he was a HORRIBLE head coach and fully deserved to get fired. 48-0 against Virginia in the Orange Bowl!
The worst part is that the only reason randy was fired was because of the shapiro stuff. Miami's admin doesn't care about winning and gives these coaches more time than they deserve to turn things around. This just just creates a bigger hole for the next guy.

Golden is a failure so far but don't revise the past just to get more digs in at the guy. Golden's record and trophy haul speaks for itself , there's no need to start making things up.

Shannon was a QB away from winning big. Not saying winning titles but winning ACC and seeing major bowl games. J Harris really hurt UM.

Marve was a bad qb who kept getting into trouble. Dude was bad at Purdue. At least Harris is in the record books as the 2nd leading passer in school history.

It's a shame that we are still comparing a 1st year HC to a supposedly experience HC. RS had his faults but what do you expect from 1st time HC. At least he beat FSU and the ACC champions during his run which confirmed his inconsistencies as a coach. We must also keep in mind that he also didn't have the support as Al who was granted an extension after getting stomped by a 2 win BC squad. I mean even RS former teammates got on him yet they openly support Al (Irvin, Blades, and Highsmith). And say what you want but this team has regressed since Al took over. Team speed is slower, more holes are evident, and the since of urgency has dissipated away within this program.

People won't understand how bad Shannon and Golden are until we get a real head coach in here.
