One thing I’ve learned is that I’m a fan of this team no matter what. It started when I was a child that stayed up too late watching Jimmy get carried off the field. It has never left me. I don’t think it ever will. I can hate the decisions by the University, I can take my ball and go home, I could root for another team. That’s not me. That’s not who I am. I will always be a Miami Hurricanes fan no matter what. I will always root for them. So, despite the excitement I currently have with Lane Kiffin possibly being our next coach, I’ll forget about it. I’ll try to convince myself that Manny can make a turnaround like Butch did after year 3. I’ll never forget how ****ed I was seeing our defeat to ECU that year in 97. It’s the only thing I can do. Otherwise I’ll just be filled with hate.

I will stay a fan because there are some good players and the team continued to show fight for him through the end of the season. He seems to be good with the portal (he will have to be great this year) and he needs to get the best assistants available.

I have been a fan since the Friday night games in the late 60's when the Mad Stork and Ray Bellamy were playing (so was Vince Opalsky) and I'm not going to stop now.


I will definitely stop going to this site if he is retained just as I have done whenever a bad loss brings the hate pouring down.

Other than the FIU loss the #1 reason you CANT give Manny another year is because no one else wants him. The Manny needs more time argument doesn't hold water. If there was true potential there another program would have come calling. No major Power 5 coach would tolerate being in limbo like this who had options. It's this job or bust for Manny. If your coach's agent isn't fielding offers every few years and looking for a raise you don't have a guy. Manny will be lucky to get a DC job in power 5 after he is fired. LSU fans hoping Blake Baker is retained speaks volumes about Manny as a potential DC.

Fraggle didn't deserve to be banned. He trolls in his own section of the playground and it's you guys who come rushing in and getting so worked up about it. He's a model troll because of that and should be the standard for trolls everywhere.
 
Why is he recruiting if we are not keeping him? I do not post much but god**** it is a clown show down in coral gables. wtf is going on????
