Kingbury hasn't had much success as a Head Coach but he can Coach QB's. Played for Mike Leach & Coached under Sumlin at Houston & Texas A&M.
He's Coached 2 Heisman Trophy Winner's (Manziel, Mayfield), and each one of the QB's he's coached has gone onto the NFL (Keenum, Manziel, Mayfield, Maholmes,Webb).
A lot of people on here have mentioned Mike Leach as the Head Coach but with Kingbury you'd get that prolific offense without the other Crap

Since Kingsbury became an offensive coordinator in 2011, his offenses have averaged 550 yards and nearly 42 points per game

I’m down, but I highly doubt this the route Richt would go if he were gonna give up the job.

Doesnt everyone average that in the B12?

Not crazy about Kingsbury. I think he benefited from a generational QB (say what you want about Manziel now but he was a dawg in college).

I'm also no fan of the Air Raid. I want spread concepts, but based on power/run-first schemes.

That would make Rich look like an idiot.

If he hires an OC count on an old accomplice.
Nah, it would make him look smart. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. If he wants to look smart he will make a change. That pride, though....

LOL...Manziel played for Texas A&M

Would be a great hire. But don't think it happens. Briles will never be employed by UM after the scandal at Baylor.

This. Air Raid would be an upgrade over Richt but power spread should be the goal. Tom Herman, Ryan Day style of offense. If we want to recruit elite offensive linemen we need pro-style run schemes not gimmicky wide splits with a limited run game.

LOL at Klingsbury taking a job at a run of the mill ACC school with a coach who will neuter him anyway.. you guys are something else. Loko who Richt hired at Georgia, expect the same type of guy
