IF Golden's fired the impact on RECRUITING

Reason I say this, is that some of these kids committed to Miami but wants them to have a good winning season and see how they do. Bruce is one of those kids who many believe is a silent to UF (I'm one of those individuals). This is why many on this board want Golden fired immediately and replaced as soon as possible with a quality coach so he can salvage the class instead of having to put together a patch work class like Golden had to in his first year. In college, there's no convenient time to fire a coach, it will always affect something. But with Golden, we need to tear the band-aid off as soon as possible.

You could give Golden a number 1 recruiting class for 4 years in a row and we might break into the top 25. Coaches all over the college football world get "lower" ranked recruiting classes and by some unexplained miracle are ranked higher? How was Baylor's last few recruiting cycles? How about Utah's? The thing that made the 2001 team so very special was it had superior talent and great coaching. Duke has good coaching but not great talent. Remember Randy's #1 recruiting class, or Golden's team with plenty of talent last year? Lack of coaching completely negates talent. Hire the right coach and with the kids we have right now on this team we would instantly become a 8 to 10 win team. Understand this: coaching first. Recruiting 2nd. You can win with lack of talent, but with all the talent in the world if you don't have right coach in place you are screwed. I actually believe our class would improve if they let Golden go at right time. But our recruiting class is not the problem, coaching is!
 
I don't give a **** about recruiting right now. This mother ****** needs to go no matter what. Get this sorry piece of **** out of South Florida. Being a ****** team is one thing. We were ****** under Shannon. ****** when Coker got fired. I have never been more embarrassed of our program than I am now with this piece of ******* worm **** mother ******. I have never hated any person in my life more than I hate Al ******* Golden. He has taken something that I love dearly and turned it into a pussified, patty cake, nancy boy ******* program. If a recruit wants to come here and play, I'd love to have you here, but if you aren't coming because Al Golden is fired then you aren't worth the **** that dripped down the crack of your mama's ***. Go follow your *** daddy Golden to Bumble **** University or wherever this piece of **** winds up next. Good day.
 
UF's recruiting class improved dramatically in the two months after McElwang took over for Muscrap.

This 2016 class is a mirage anyway. They committed hoping Davis replaces Folden. If Folden stays they'll all leave just like they do every year.

Golden is a world class recruiter from march to september when the other staffs are taking vacations and setting up their teams for the next season,Golden himself said he spent 55 straight days in the office,I guess calling recruits non stop.Once the other staffs start concentrating on recruiting in december and january Golden can't close and actually loses recruits.
