I feel bad for Ice...

I don't. He's not doing the job for free. He's getting his foot in the door and experience at this level of football. He also gets to go into these other recruiting areas and form more coaching relationships building his name. Barring serious scheme and philosophy changes, this staff as a whole will not be successful here but Ice definitely has something to gain. Failure or success here will still get him a job at another major south eastern(ACC or SEC) program in some capacity especially because of his south FL roots.
