People don't realize that hiring Ice actually did more to hurt local highschool corches feelings b/c they were jealous of him getting hired, and it actually turned dudes off to our program. They all wanted handouts bc one of their own got a cushy gig he didn't deserve.

Richt is clearly drawing a line here: HS corches stay in high school where they belong, unless a lower tier program can hire and develop them first upon which then they will have a reasonable resume to qualify for the a position at this school.
