Because Diaz is needed to be a head coach! He's failing in that aspect...He doesn't need to allocate his time to the defense. "full control"??? He can't handle the control he has as the head coach now, you wanna add to the list?

Miami does not make decisions with coaches to elevate performance and recruiting. You have to fail miserably before they with make a change and usually someone of average or below resume.

Manny might change the offensive coaches. But he’s going to succeed or fail with the defensive coaches. He’s put no blame on the defense at all. This is gonna be 3 straight head coaches with serious nepotism issues.
