I stop reading

This. l think any top 10 talk is in hopes that he reverts back to his freshman season. That stiffness that is very evident now wasn't there then. Injury definitely took a toll on him. I think he has a lot of upside and his best football is ahead of him. Our fans are clueless when it comes draft evaluations lol.

Don't know if you watch the Dolphins but he reminds me of a more athletic Reshad Jones.

That's just wrong. Any talk of top 10 puts this scrub in ST territory. And ST tested well, was productive on the field, and made game changing plays routinely. James is nowhere even close to that level other than testing good. If you take a safety that high he better be ST good. Compare ST college stats and impact on games to this guy. No comparison so not worthy of top 10 pick. Reed and Polamalu are the two best safeties in recent memory and they didn't even go that high. He reminds me of Roy Williams Cowboys. He will flash once in awhile and make a highlight tackle or two and he might even put up decent stats but whoever drafts him better get used to looking up at the Jumbotron and watching this guy get torched deep regularly. Not worth a top 10 pick at all. Maybe in the 20's just based on pure athleticism is where I'd rank him as a prospect

You're Sean Taylor rant fires me up! But if a safety had to be Sean Taylor good to go in the top 10, there wouldn't have been a safety drafted since him and probably wouldn't be another for a long time. He was the best ever.

Leadership is funny considering that entire team quit after our game.

Still the Bucs are going to take him. I have already prepared myself. At least this clown show isn't ruining any canes.

Just say you don't know bruh. It's cool. I'm not going to say anything bad about Carter since I respect his grind. Just know that comment is farthest from the truth.

Looks like we've uncovered an fsu troll. WOW you sure do defend an overrated rival a whole bunch. Here's a fact and i'd like to see you try and refute this. your boy is a BIG reason why we beat fsu. If he wasn't out of position so bad BB8 has a lot more difficult time catching his 2 TD passes. However since your guy was *** clowning around on the field he left his teammate out to dry.

Fact he is over rated and will be exposed in the NFL. He can't cover, he doesn't have "field speed," and about the only thing he can do at a decent level is tackle. Sorry he's not as big as Deone Buchanon that he can consistantly play at the LOS in the league. Someone is wasting a pick if they pick him higher than 20.

Again, drafting isn't all about production. Its more about projecting how good a player can be coming out of college. I don't think you could find another recent safety prospect with better tape than James had in his freshman season. Teams who have him on top of their boards in the top 10 are hoping for that player.

He's not ST so why even bring 26 up? Neither was Jamal Adams and he just went top 10 last year and had a similar career to James. He's not a "center-fielder" so him getting torched is unlikely.

Oh no, between these and the September Trevor Lawrence takes, it is almost like many on CIS are know-nothing buffoons...I refuse to believe it.

In a lot of peoples defense...he was trash at Fsu
Not as trash as most of our fans would like to think. All-American as a Freshman, was looking the exact same against Bama before getting injured and ending his Soph season, his play dropped off in his Jr year but still showed glimpses of his freshman success.

A couple of bad plays doesnt define a player.

Nah Derwin was good but it’s disrespectful to even put him close to Sean Taylor
