The OL is what it is at this point. Mensah is going to be pressured. But as long he uses his legs a little bit like he did today, and protects the ball, this offense is unstoppable.

This was an absolute clinic put on by Dawson. He cooked Naduzzi. They didn’t punt at all in first half. Ironically, Dawson’s best play call of the day ended up being a loss on downs. Masterclass my him and I hope he repeats it next week. Belicek will not let Mali beat him. I bet he almost gets tripled covered whole game. Someone else needs to step up.

Dawson was absolutely cooking. The 4th and 1 was call was pristine. Shame Upshaw dropped it. And more Jacobs and Wingo please. They're good.

Yes I am completely unconcerned with our scout team giving up points. Although you can see why guys like Portis need more time.

Also our pass rush with the front 4 didn't do a ton, and it seemed like Wilson didn't play much. But Pitt was getting the ball out pretty quickly. We stopped the run, which was key.. They have a good freshman RB who didn't do much.

They’re game planning for it and we’re still have an elite pressure rate. Corey Heatherman can’t control that teams are running RPOs, 6-7 man fronts, screens, and other play sets so we don’t have a pass rushing advantage.

Regarding #2, Mario in his post game presser specifically mentioned that we need to get more pressure on the qb.

I had a feeling when Pitt defenders started jawing about shutting down Mali that he might have that kind of day. He gets better every day. I'm not sure I've ever seen a connection like Mensah and Mali. Unstoppable right now.

I like our young TEs. They're already very good blockers.

We're still rough in the secondary. Hope Lucas is okay. I think the will be. We're not winning it all if OJ doesn't come back.

Looks like Thornton has been demoted to the 3s. Yikes.

Feel bad for Pringle. Thought he would blow up this year. Not all his fault. He's getting no running room.

If we're gonna beat the big boys it'll be shootouts. And let's just hope it doesn't come down to defending a hail Mary.😐

Oh and let's bring #3 for Pitt back home. He's a player.

Pancake needs to stay another year, no need to leave.
I kinda have that same feeling about Pringle. He's gna probably transfer, maybe go to a real good school to shine.
Man... If Anez could've been able to stay just one more year.... Because talk about growing pains on this OL, especially in the interior.... But love watching the growth of Congdon.

This secondary needs to get healthy FAST. I think that's what Mario is banking on by the ACCCG and/or playoffs. At least the TF got meaningful burn.

And He’s correct but it’s not because we don’t have a pass rush. It’s because of how offenses are game planning against us and we need to adjust our own gameplan to counter. That’s completely different than what posters are trying to say.

He had a wide open player right in front of him that would have been a first down or more
Upshaw flat out dropped a catch he should make. But that throw was money.

Yeah, I am expecting more from our defensive line pressure. Can’t have long stretches where we’re not getting home and the secondary is getting cooked. Gotta fix one or both.
