We need OJ and Slime back by Duke or VT. A couple of games to knock off the rust.
 
Not a fan of AI. But after today, Canes have a 31% chance of beating Notre Dam. Secondary is not Championship group. Scheming has helped, but too many misses.

I wonder if we even see OJ again this season?
Some thoughts on this have been bounced around. We really miss him and even if he can get back he will not be in football shape for awhile. Sad really. This hurts a lot.

That’s what I see. But my feelings could change quickly if we dispatch UNC and ND convincingly.
This team outside of our stars are not up to last year’s team. Just my honest opinion.
Let’s hope we can win. Win big. Act like the number 1 team in the nation.Prove it to the world!
Just get better every game.

Just a bevy of good football players on this roster and we have good coaches. Regrettably for the haters, both in and outside this fanbase, Mario has done it again. Miami is very elite.

Maaaaan!!!!! this right here. I don't like our secondary but not one team scares me. Could we lose , yeah. But I can't pick which team would beat us

The front seven is playing championship caliber. The only thing that’s lacking right now is the secondary and as we continue to get healthier there, that will continue to improve. In all honesty, I think our defense has been pretty good this year.

They need to fix some things but there really aren't a lot of possible playoff opponents that have the front to wreck Miami's OL and also a QB to keep pace in a shootout and punish coverage consistently.

Notre Dame might be the best combo of QB and DL out there tbh, we will know a lot more after that game.

Yet, you use it to bolster your point? Yes, the secondary needs to get better and that will more than likely come from being healthy.

Mensah was surgical. His best game of the season. And he did it will fairly mediocre to poor OL play.

I had a feeling when Pitt defenders started jawing about shutting down Mali that he might have that kind of day. He gets better every day. I'm not sure I've ever seen a connection like Mensah and Mali. Unstoppable right now.

I like our young TEs. They're already very good blockers.

OL is gonna be a liability at times. They were good blocking in the red zone but otherwise very uneven. Pancake is struggling with speed rushers. They'll need to take a big step up if we're gonna have a chance against ND.

We're still rough in the secondary. Hope Lucas is okay. I think the will be. We're not winning it all if OJ doesn't come back.

Looks like Thornton has been demoted to the 3s. Yikes.

Feel bad for Pringle. Thought he would blow up this year. Not all his fault. He's getting no running room.

If we're gonna beat the big boys it'll be shootouts. And let's just hope it doesn't come down to defending a hail Mary.😐

Oh and let's bring #3 for Pitt back home. He's a player.

I understand we have flaws but what playoff caliber teams don’t? What team can score with us? Our D stepped up in the first half. It was an *** whooping.
 
we literally have only turned the ball over 3 times all year. QB completing over 80% 22TD's and 1 INT.
We miss Bain, Mesidor, Scott and Thomas but I think that Heatherman calls it different and teams play different when they are trailing by 20-30 pts. We have a lot to clean up but we are averaging 49-15 which is really good. Look at all the top teams dropping like flies....keep on going 1-0

Just said I was a little disappointed in the pass rush. But they did have a lot of quick throws. We do need to disguise our blitzes more.

You’re definitely not. The gameplay was solid. Still making some blitzes too obvious but otherwise the TDs were player errors not calll issues.
