Ohio lost at home as a 28 point favorite to Duquesne, who the week prior had a RUNNING CLOCK instituted in the 2nd half due to player safety against TCU. As in, these kids are getting ****ed up so badly, we gotta hurry and end the game. That team beat Ohio on Saturday outright as a 28 point dog.

FSU lost at home as a 28.5 point favorite to Jacksonville St. We all know the deal there.

USC lost by 14 at home as a 14 point favorite.

2star WR running past a bunch of 3,4,5star kids on the kick return: -7
Ivey letting the man run free for TD: -7 to -4
Reed getting bullied for a kick block: +3
Harley and Mallory dropping 4 passes: +3
Penalties: +3 - +7

I'd say our single biggest issue is the time of possession, especially on the D side. Way too many missed tackles or opportunities to get off the field and give the offense another chance.

Gaynor gave up two sacks by disengaging a defender when he could have remained engaged and helped out. Donaldson gave up a sack by remaining engaged with the DT while the DE ran past him on the stunt to the inside in his zone. Justice gave up a sack by getting bull-rushed forcing King to step up into a DT that just beat Gaynor and Donaldson because they thought the other was going to block him. Overall, I'm not seeing an OL that wants to bully DL but instead a very passive OL that will only block someone if they have to. This leads to King getting happy feet vs letting the WRs get open even if they aren't open within the first 2.5 seconds.

the frustrating part from your comments, we are talking about Seniors that been around forever, The key supposedlly to our successful season this year was all the returning senior leadership we were bringing back.

This. We didnt even win. They just lost. Take away that safety and maybe one drop from a WR or bad throws from the QB and we lose. If it wouldve been an away game we'd probably have lost by a couple TDs as their fans would actually show up and play us like its their super bowl.

Different jeresy numbers, same outcome. Harley hasn't been the same after that triple hit he took against Bama. I'd rather play any of the younger guys and let them just try to figure it out than let Pope step foot on the field again. Sad to say.

Good god people. It wasn't a loss to J'vill State. It was a bad win against a halfway decent team. App State is a bowl team this year. Should we have beaten them by double digits? Sure. Is Manny mediocre? Sure. App state is a Duke or a G'Tech

as an app grad we played a good game. I can not help it if miami choose not to show up. I guess that bama game still hurts!
