He held the guy on Walton's TD run. That almost cost us the game.

9x out of 10 they don't call that.

I watched 3 different plays in the NFL this weekend with the same result and no penalty called. For the rules gurus, what would be the explanation for that call? Because his hands were outside shoulder pads?
