I hadn't considered that to be honest. They may be a bit rusty; it would be nice to start fast and get some momentum.

Starting fast will be the smartest thing to do. In addition to the rust, they have started slow all season. If Miami comes out aggressively and get up by 10 - 14 quickly, Miami will win this game.
