I liked that benching

Terrible decision. down 10 with 10 minutes left on a short field. As bad as rosier was playing call some plays that could get us atleast 20 yards for a chance for a fg. Evan has thrown 6 passes all season no way hes gonna start hitting throws down field. It was still a game until we wasted that possession then they killed 7 minutes and scored a TD.

Wish he'd done it earlier, but then we'd all have said it was too soon. It certainly wasn't any worse than letting Rosier go 3 and out that series.

Regardless of what you think of the decision, Rosier looked better once he came back in. I saw a big difference.

Malik was having problems completing a bubble screen bro.

That’s why you test it out in the 3rd and not with such little time left. Even if it served as a wake up call it was too late and wasted a precious series.

Rosier couldn't even hit the bubble screen that he has been completing all season.... I don't know if I would done that but I'm not mad that Richt did

I didn't see the same passion from Malik this game with so much at stake. I'm disappointed for Malik. He has been instrumental in the team's success but the fact is he's a 50% passer. That was going to catch up to UM sooner or later.

And the ONLY reason he's a 50% passer is he has badazz receivers making circus catches

Richt needed to sit Rozier! He misses to many easy passes and if those were completions, I believe we would have won the game. Ahmon has grown very upset with Rozier's inaccuracy. He missed on two potential TD passes and several first down opportunities. Not to mention 2 potential interceptions.

Sheriffs is awful. We got the wrong brother

He is worse then Rosier. How are you 6'6 and you get your passes battled at the LOS more then a 6'1 QB has all season.

Also, this game just locked up Jarren Williams. I said in the Jarren Williams thread... Jarren probably see he can easily beat out Rosier considering he is a EE if I'm not mistaken.

Yep. QB is going to be Perry or Williams next year.

10 minutes left down 10 isnt the time to experiment. If he was gonna pull him it should've been in the 3rd quarter he was missing then too.

Stupid move. 10 min to go in the 4th quarter. Your whole team is watching you, and you put in the backup for the most important drive of the game? Stupid.

3rd quarter? Fine. At that juncture of the game, just dumb.

This.

No idea why people would be a against the benching, there has been no accountability since Shannon

Jacory throws four picks? Keep him in
Kaaya plays like ****? Keep him in

No, you don't give up on a guy who's never lost a game. Sends bad message to team. No such thing as a good loss but I believe this will be the reason we win it all next year.

Rosier also put us in bad positions more times than not. It was paramount he bring us back.

It does send a message to the team. It says "play well for 60 minutes or you won't play". It also says that no person has a guaranteed position. You perform or you are on the bench. It worked. Rosier hit Berrios perfectly after that. Of course, it was too late by then. He should have benched him earlier, but I think it sends a good message to the team.

As ill timed a move as there can be. And then to throw two straight passes on top of that. Not smart. How does Travis Homer not get more solid carries called(not rpos) confuses the **** out of me. Aside from Rosier missing wide open receivers all game from what everyone has been saying, I was keeping track of the game on ESPN gamecast while at work. Travis Homer had 3-4 carries in the first half, Deejay a couple, while Malik had thrown the ball almost 20 times and carried for another half dozen. I'm about to watch the game here soon (had to allow myself to calm down first) but it's no way, even if Malik was on fire, that a Miami running game should go so absent. As a coach, there are so many ways to run the ball, and rpo dives isn't the only way.

Once you review the performance of the OL you'll understand why Homer didn't get more carries.
