I don't remember ever feeling this hopeless

What I find so frustrating is that it's the same **** we saw with Shannon. Remember when we could not run a 2 minute drill in the bowl game against Cal? The clueless play calling of Patrick Nix? The o-line that consistently got abused and manhandled? The defense that never disguised blitzes and looked like the keystone cops running around with no clue where they were going? The same defense that gave up 48 points to UVA in an embarrassing loss on national TV? Golden was supposed to come in and fix all of those things. Instead we are seeing Randy Shannon 2.0 with slightly better recruiting.

Even if Golden is fired I have little faith in this administration to make a good hiring considering the track record.

Yep, due to the circumstances that even brought him here.

But. He cleaned it up, dressed it up, and very quickly started winning with a gutted scholarship scenario. Want to talk about a cloud . . . Butch had a hurricane.

I'm a Butch fan but it's the most revisionist history EVER regarding his time here. Either some of these guys weren't born or are just delusional but I remember having legit debates with some people at that time if basketball was more popular on campus than football during a couple of those years.
 
We must decide the fate of the martyrs tghat still support Golden/Shalala. Make examples of the Golden slurpers, ISIS style, and you will get change!!!!
