I do a LIVE CFB show rn. Come hangout

I’m not going to lie; talking privately w/ some folks in the know in PAC-12 country, one of the things they said Deion is doing that is very smart; bringing complete access to Colorado, & it’s facilities. One my biggest gripes since Golden left is the lack of content our program provides. We’re stuck in the dark ages, keeping things secret, w/ very little content.

I can say Bama, UGA, Clemson, OSU, Michigan and other top programs all give great content & exposure which helps w/ recruiting and excitement.

Facts! You would think it’d be relatively easy to have a great media team considering its Miami!

Agreed; we keep talking, as fans, about this media market Miami is in w/ NIL, yet look how little the media is used here? I mean got ****, if it wasn’t for Life Wallet, where tf would our NIL situation be?

It’s just crazy to me that The U out of all programs act so secretive w/ content! It’s not like we have some secret recipe that’s setting us apart from other programs. Lol.

It's a good point, and it's not as if the program has to go too far out of it's way. We have a very active internet fanbase. Just open the doors.

Will Shipley comes on the show. Would love to see y'all there

LIVE NOW:

I’ve seen your clips on Miami before and when you talk about the program it’s not the typical surface level misconception analysis that some in the National media tend to give.
You give well thought out takes and do good work, I’ll be tuning in more often.

100%

You’re in the advertising/sales game correct? Or something along those lines?

You know same as me that it’s all the rage right now. People want to see the “farm to table” concept and all the behind the scenes stuff

Not saying we have to model it exactly but everything is out in the open these days it’s how you get the views

Oklahoma had hard knocks series on YouTube and it was so good to watch. I wish we done stuff like that instead of 40 second clips of nothing.

40 secs?? Lol. Try like 30 for the most part. Can’t front; I do miss those Raising Canes series. Even then, it was nothing compared to other programs’ length of content, but 6-8 mins is better than f’ing edited 30 sec clips.

Dude the Raising Canes stuff was legit. Golden did some cornball stuff but that was awesome

If we do have some secret recipe, it's the wrong one to this point on two decades.

I've always felt like we didn't do a good job with fan engagement. Granted, it's been a long *** time since I lived down that way, so maybe I miss it at a distance. Doubtful with the internet, but just throwing it out there.

All that stuff though costs money. When you're not winning, budgets are tighter. Still, get some profs on board in the media department and let them run with the team as part of the class. Even if it's a get to know a player weekly kind of thing.

You're spot on though in that we could do more. A start would be making the Spring game a big deal in that it's easy to access online.

Bro, even our ACC Roadshow is lackluster compared to others, man. I just don’t know why we try to be so secretive vs. highlighting & accentuating what we can be as a program.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we get more access once the new football facility is built.
