Once you are released from a letter of intent you can’t really sign another one so you can show up at any campus. Which is why if you are a school recruiting Zach Evans whoever gets commits to next should be very worried as that saga is far from over even when he commits on national signing day. He can literally show up at any campus he wants now until move in day in May
